With a turnout of 91.228 percent of registered voters, the town of Green Bay retained the Voter Challenge traveling trophy by a razor-thin margin.  The Town of Lawrence had a voter turnout of 91.213 percent.

The Town of Green Bay also won the Voter Challenge in the 2008 spring election.

Brown County Register of Deeds, Cathy Williquette presents the trophy to Town of Green Bay Chairman, Lee Dechamps and Clerk, Debbie Mercier. Brown County Clerk, Darlene Marcelle was also in attendance for the presentation of the trophy.
